Shogun Japanese Steak House: Experience Authentic Japanese Hibachi and Sushi in Jacksonville

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was above and beyond! Cody is hands down the best hibachi chef we've seen. He's very cool, friendly and entertaining, and he really spices up the food differently than any hibachi we've ever had. Kosé was equally awesome, made us laugh, made great food suggestions and was constantly attentive. These two guys really made it a great experience here, and we will be requesting them when we go back... VERY SOON!

We’ve gone here for years but last night was our best experience yet!! First of all our waitress couldn’t have been better. She stayed on it with our refills & my husbands bar orders. Our cook had a great personality, cooked amazing & we never had to ask for more sauce. He was great!!!! I don’t know his name but he wore a starwars mask & hat. Wonderful experience. We hope to get them both again!

We had an amazing dining experience at Shogun’s. The hibachi chef was not only skilled but also incredibly entertaining, making the meal fun and interactive. Our chef went above and beyond to ensure our boys had the best dinner EVER! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a great meal with a show, I would highly recommend Shogun’s!

Food tasted good! Tempura was crunchy and perfect, sushi was delicious. There was one tiny bone in my white fish sushi and the restaurant could use a major update in decor and facilities.

We had a great dining experience it was our family's first Hibachi. Our chef was great. Watching him make it all look easy and entertaining all at the same time. The wait staff was great. The experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!! You definitely won't leave hungry.

We had such a great time. The atmosphere was excellent, the employees were very friendly and very helpful, it was definitely worth the cost. They do a very nice presentation, and crack some jokes and kind of throw food around while they are preparing your dishes. I will be back⭐

I was greeted by Veronica and she was very nice. She took our order and got our drinks. Kyle was our special cook for the evening. He was very nice and good looking. He entertained while he cooked and I enjoyed it. The food was excellent. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and had to get a takeout. The vegetables tasted great also. An enjoyable evening was had.

Very good food (excluding ginger dressing), good chef entertainment, intetaction. The children thoroughly enjoyed the presenation and eats also. Attentive staff. Clean and attractive restaurant. Definately recommend.
